Strategise with us
We have consultation sessions with you and your kids to figure out what topics we should explore, and how best to explore the topics for your kid.
Explore with experts
Real domain experts craft custom experiences to teach your kid their area. The aim is to develop the skills and knowledge to do real work in the domain, such that it is a realistic exploration.
Excel further
For areas that students like, we will double down with them, finding increasingly ambitious projects. If they want to pivot explore more, that is totally fine too.

Some would think I had a successful education: I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Penn in 3 years; was the youngest product manager at Uber; and was given early admission to Harvard Business School at 21.
But I feel extreme regret towards my education. I fell into the trap of doing things I didn't like just to reach the next milestone. I didn't spend time exploring to discover my true passions. This is largely my fault, but there were also not many opportunities to explore the real world or get great mentors.
This is why I started Ultra to help other families .

But I feel regret towards my education. I fell into the trap of doing things I didn't like just to reach the next milestone. I didn't spend time exploring my true passions. This is largely my fault, but the system also sets kids up to chase goals that don't lead to the greatest happiness or success.
This is why I started Ultra.
